用电子束电磁偏转原理测电阻值的研究

摘要: 传统的伏安法测电阻实验中无论采取电流表内接法还是外接法,都会由于电表内阻的存在,使得测量结果产生误差.本文尝试用电子束测试仪取代实验中的电压表位置实现完全断路,并设计实验步骤对电阻值进行测量,经过数据的比对,发现测量结果的相对误差较小,从而实现借助力学量来测电学量.

Abstract: There are errors with the measurements due to the existence of the internal resistance by the traditional voltaic method to measure resistance. We attempt to replace the voltameter with the electron beam tester and find that the relative error of measured results is small. This is one way to realize the measurement of electricity quantity with the aid of the mechanical quantity.
