摘要: 首次将带电金属板所产生的光电效应和狭义相对论巧妙的结合起来,进而得出在地面观察者看来:运动的带电金属板间的电压会变小,电场强度不变,电容变大.

Abstract: This is the first time to combine the photoelectric effect and electrical properties derived from moving electrified metal plate. It is concluded that the voltage between the movement of charged metal plates becomes smaller, the electric field intensity is constant, the capacitance increases.
