The computer measurement system of magnetostrictive coefficient based on displacement censor

摘要: 应用压敏电阻构成的桥式高灵敏度位移传感器把测量磁致伸缩系数的微位移量转化为电量输出,计算机通过STM32微控制器对电量信号同步采集与显示,实现对磁致伸缩系数测量的实时监测.测量的结果准确度较高、样品更换方便、效率高.

Abstract: The high sensitive displacement censor by connecting varistors to be unbalanced bridge,can convert the micro displacement quantity into electricity quantity.It is collected and screened synchronously on the computer by the STM32 micro controller,and the measurement is made to be real-time monitoring.It has practical and convenient merits of easy sample replacement,fast operation and high accurate results.
