摘要: 组建了一套激光高斯光束判断和参数测量系统,分别在近场和远场进行多点测量,再进行双曲线拟合,即可得到光束的束腰及其位置、瑞利尺寸、发散角和光束质量因子.

Abstract: A set of laser Gaussian beam judgment and parameter measurement system are formed. Muhipoint measurements are done in near and far fields. The hyperbolic fitting method is used in our experiment. Then we get the beam waist and its position, the Rayleigh size, the angle of divergence and the quality factor.
