摘要: 用半导体加热/致冷芯片对LED恒温,用贴片式pt100作温度传感器,用具有人眼视觉特性的可见光亮度传感器组成光强探测器,研制了一种大功率LED温度特性测量仪.用该测量仪测量了1w白光LED在恒流和恒压驱动下光强、发光效率等参数的温度特性.实验表明,该测量仪恒温快,测量准确,成本低,操作便捷.

Abstract: An instrument for measuring the temperature characteristic of a high power LED is developed by using a semiconductor heating/cooling element to make the LED's temperature rise or fall, in which a pt100 surface mounted resistor is used as a temperature sensor, and a light sensor with spectral response that emulates the human eye is used as a luminous intensity detector. The temperature characteristics of the photoelectric parameters, such as luminous intensity, luminous efficiency, of the 1 watt white LED supplied by a constant current source or a constant voltage source are investigated, respectively. The experimental results show that this instrument has advantages of fast temperature measurement, high accuracy, low cost and simple operation.
