Theoretical models for frequency dispersive media

摘要: 系统地介绍了Debye、Drude、korentz模型相对介电常量的推导过程,并给出了其相应结果;再用有损耗的Drude模型讨论了当前引起广泛关注的左手介质的性质;最后通过推导和举例,进一步揭示了各种模型在实际研究中的重要作用.

Abstract: The theoretical models of Debye for dispersive media,of Drude and Lorentz for the electrical conductivity are surveyed. The dielectric property of the left - handed material is discussed using lossy Drude's model. It shows that different model based on different physical mechanism is suitable for different kind of dispersive materials in practical use.
