Abstract: Three problems concerned with the teaching of electromagnetic are discussed in this paper. The first problem is ＂the noelectrostatic force and the nonelectrostatic field＂, the second is ＂definition and classify of electric current＂ and the last is ＂when the dielectric is exist, how to calculate the electric field intensity＂. This paper describes the author＇ s own point of view, we hope to attract everyone＇ s attention and discussion.
