摘要: 基于β 射线在穿透物质后计数和能量均有所损失,我们利用相对论效应实验谱仪根据β 射线计数衰减及能量损失测量铝镀膜密度.从结果可以看出,由于实验中β 射线不能保证完全单能导致能量损失法的误差非常大,有待进一步完善,结果仅供参考.由计数衰减法测得样品铝镀膜的密度为( 2.6±0.2) g /cm2 .

Abstract: We measure the density of an aluminum coating film with the relativistic effect experimental spectrometer based on β-ray attenuation and electron energy losses in materials. The systematic error in energy loss method is large due to the widely distributed electron energy spectrum leaving lots of room for improvement. The density of aluminum coating film sample measured in β-ray attenuation method is ( 2.6 ± 0.2) g /cm2 .
