Abstract: Study on resistantdrawn force in granular material has important theory meaning and practical value for optimizing engineering design and guaranteeing project safe operation. In this paper, the relationships between the resistantdrawn force and the imbedded height for different pilediameters calculated from Janssen theoretic model is found to agree well with the test data.
