Abstract: The elliptical polarized waves that is incident to the interface is decomposed into two mutually orthogonal ones that one is vertical to the interface, another is parallel to it. The reflected and refracted electromagnetic waves that composed by the Fresnel-formula and the superposition principle usually are elliptical polarized waves.
