Abstract: This article introduces the successful experiences of physical teaching in building a high-quality curriculum in Tongji University. For implementing the basic teaching principle of "student-centered", the teachers in physics group put forward a teaching concept of "environmental infiltration" and have established a laboratory for exploring physics and a physics network for assisted instruction. Taking the classroom teaching as a main channel, we carry out a variety of educational activities, and form a teaching mode of "the combination of classroom teaching and extracurricular", "the combination of theory and practice", and "the combination of teaching and education". After years of practice, good results have been achieved. Students are of interest to physics and have published a number of high-level papers and works. The comprehensive capacity and quality of the students are increased.
