Abstract: Non-thermal effect of electromagnetic field on biological system is produced in terms of extremely low frequency electromagnetic field （ELFEF） and radio frequency electromagnetic, field （RFEF）. The progress of non-thermal effect of ELFEF and RFEF on biological system is reviewed and some problems are proposed.
