Abstract: The electric field of a line charged and a grounding conductor with the protruded semicylinder is calculated by using the Zhukovsky mapping in the coordinate system of the complex number, and its electric potential distribution and electric field intensity distribution are obtained. The electric potential maps are plotted by using the software MATLAB.
