Abstract: Taking into account the load factors on the impact of silicon cells,the silicon open-circuit voltage of the battery UOC,load voltage UL are discussed for constraint of silicon cell output power.The output powers PL under different loads RL are calculated.The origin software is used to calculate the load when the output power reaches its maximum.The appropriate range of the load is given for three cases：the maximum,the stability and efficiency of output power.
