Abstract: Using the ＂parallel line＂ model with the limit of velocity of light to explain the phenomenon of light spot movement,we generalize the situation to the limitation,however,it results in some localizations.A new ＂concentric circles＂ model is proposed,which is much more accord with the actual condition,and can explain the phenomenon of light spot movement.
