Abstract: The effect of holography on optical experimental teaching and the development of digital holography and phase-shifting digital holography are introduced.The principle and formulae of phase shifts extraction and objective reconstruction for generalized phase-shifting digital holography are given.The phase-shifting digital holography imaging setup is designed to use in ordinary optical experimental laboratory,introduced to undergraduate experimental teaching.Experimental research is carried out by using reflecting object to demonstrate the availability and effectiveness of this imaging method here.
