Abstract: Tunneling of the massless chiral particle through a barrier is studied. The transmission probability of the chiral particle through a barrier is calculated carefully and the movement characteristics are illustrated in the barrier region. We also give the simple physical viewpoints in order to understand Klein tunneling and it is very useful to understand barrier tunneling in quantum mechanics.
