Abstract: A non-parallel＇plate capacitor is transformed to a parallel-plate capacitor by the conformal mapping method, and the capacitance of capacitor involving edge-effects is calculated by the use of Schwarz-Christoffel transformation. The influence on capacitance of inclined angle and edge-effect is discussed.
