Abstract: Digital incoherent holography enables holograms to be recorded from incoherent light with just a dig- ital camera and spatial light modulator, and three-dimensional properties of the specimen are revealed after the hol- ogram is reconstructed in the computer. The digital microscopic holography experiment of coaxial phase shift inco- herent is designed and implemented based on the principle of Fresnel incoherent correlation holography. An auto- matic control program is developed based on LabVIEW, which combines the functions of major experimental hard- ware control and digital reconstruction of the holograms. The experimental results show that our system is high effi- cient and can reduce the errors which are caused by the shaking of manual operation. The basic functions of the system are completed and a user-friendly interface is provided for easy operation.
