Abstract: The electric force is a basic concept in physics. It plays an important role in the structure and function of biological macromolecules. This paper explores the mechanisms by which the electric force influences DNA molecular stability, DNA replication, transcription, and translation (protein synthesis). By analyzing its contributions to the stability of the DNA double helix, specific base pairing during DNA replication, base pairing accuracy during DNA transcription, and its influence on ribosomal conformational changes and tRNAmRNA interactions during protein synthesis, we reveal the pivotal role of the electric force in vital biological processes. Our findings indicate that the electric force is essential for maintaining DNA structural stability, ensuring accurate transmission of genetic information, and facilitating efficient protein synthesis.
