Abstract: It is emphasized for a local comprehensive university to cultivate high-caliber and practical talent students for local economic construction and social development. We make a series of researches of how to serve the talent-training goals of college physics experimental education. We induce a reformation pattern of ＂four, three, two, one＂ and achieve obvious achievement.
