校地互动、案例教学——助力卓越中学物理教师成长

摘要: 南通大学的物理学(师范)专业全面落实国家质量标准和卓越教师培养计划,遵循用人单位和学生发展需求,形成以“专业理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力”为基本内容的课程体系. 采用“UGS”联合实践体系,即政府、高校、地方中学协同育人,注重下沉和联系中学物理基本概念与规律,达到学生对学科及师范生技能的深度理解和融会贯通,并通过案例教学模式,拓展了师范生培养的教学空间,且实现优质的教学资源共享.

Abstract: In order to fully implement national quality standards and excellent teacher training plan, and follow the development needs of employers and students, a curriculum system with professional concepts and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability as the basic content is formed in the physics major of Nantong University. By adopted the UGS joint practice system,the government, universities and local middle schools cooperate to educate students. This kind of joint training mode pays more attention to the sinking and connection of the basic concepts and basic laws of middle school physics, so as to realize the deep understanding and integration of students' subject knowledge and normal university students' skills. In this paper, it is also introduced how to expand the teaching space of normal university students with the help of caseteaching and realize the sharing of highquality teaching resources.
