A simple approach for solving nonlinear telegraph equation

摘要: 应用tanh-coth方法对非线性电报方程进行了求解.得到了孤波解、三角函数周期波解等一些不同形式的行波解.结果表明,tanh-coth方法是一种简便、有效的方法,并且可用于求解其他非线性方程.

Abstract: The tanh-coth method is used for constructing the traveling wave solutions of nonlinear telegraph equation. These solutions include solitary wave solutions and trigonometric function periodic wave solutions. It is shown that the tanh-coth method is simple,effective and can be used for many other nonlinear equations.
