摘要: 紫外光LED 在3D 打印、印刷、油墨固化等行业光固化领域具有广泛的应用.本文针对近场情况下光固化3D 打印机
面光源照度均匀度差、辐照强度低等问题,基于几何光学和能量守恒定律,采用透镜表面离散点和LED 面光源照度函数的迭
代方法,提出并设计了一种提高紫外光LED 阵列照度均匀度的透镜方案.

Abstract: Ultraviolet ( UV) LED is widely used in 3D printing,printing, ink curing and other industries.This
paper aims at the problems of poor illumination uniformity and low irradiation intensity of 3D printer photocurable
surface light source under the condition of near field.Based on geometric optics and energy conservation law, the iterative
method of lens surface discrete point and LED surface light illuminance function was adopted to propose and
design a lens scheme to improve the illumination uniformity of uv LED array.
