摘要: 软X射线显微成像具有分辨率高、辐射损伤小以及能够对含水的生物样品直接进行显微成像等独特的优势,目前已成为研究生命科学和生物学等学科中的超微观世界的特殊工具.本文简要介绍基于波带片的高分辨率软X射线显微成像的原理及其应用.

Abstract: The soft X-ray microscopy has unique advantages in the study of micrographs of hydrated biological samples with high resolution and low radiation damage. At present it has become special tool in the research of ultra microcosm of life sciences and biology. In this paper the principle and application of high resolution soft X-ray microscopy based on zone plate are brief presented.
