摘要: 用漂移和扩散的概念对热驱动下光阱中的细胞进行动力学分析,得到细胞随空间位置的概率密度分布为玻尔兹曼分布,该分布可用于一般形状的、光学性质各向异性的生物细胞光阱力的标定.

Abstract: A dynam density distribution for a Boltzmann distribution, ical method based on the cell driven by a thermal is available for the concept of excursion and diffusion is used to solve the probability noise in an optical trap. The result shows that the cell obeys the force calibration of commonly shape or anisotropic bio-cells.
