Abstract: This paper is devoted to give a presentation on carrying out the project to construct the state base cultivating the talent of physics, in Department of Physics of Nanjing University, enhancing input in education, optimizing the teaching staff, reforming education programs and actualizing SRTP to cultivate the talented people with innovative quality.
