Abstract: In《JJF1001-1998 General Terms in Metrology and Their Definitions》, new definitions of truevalue,random error and systematic error have been given. The scientificness and rationality of the definitions are discussed. It is suggested to he adopted in college physics experiment teaching and teaching material.
