Abstract: By analyzing the full measurement range data of Michaelson interferometer, the regular variation pattern of wavelength measurement errors is found out, the main cause of the measurement errors the device with the transmission ratioof 20：1 is discovered. Furthermore, the concrete methods for ameliorating the device are proposed.
