Abstract: Two approximate formulas with high accuracy are derived numerically with MATLAB. By charts and error analysis, these two formulas and the approximate formulas proposed by other authors are compared with the exact results obtained by MATLAB programs. The latter formulas are also modified by optimization method. It demonstrates that using scientific computation software to solve nonlinear problems is an easy and accurate way.
