Based on the model of hard sphere, the computer simulation of particles of the two-dimensional nearly independent particle system is reported in accordance with mechanical laws. In the simulation, multi-measurement are taken on the energy and speed of particles of the system at different time. The statistical average is performed over the results of measurements. The distribution diagrams of particles against their energy and speed in the mechanical system, with different number of particles, are obtained, and hence the universal distribution function is acquired. This completely proves that the long-term behavior of mechanical system that consists of a few particles has definite statistical law.

Two approximate formulas with high accuracy are derived numerically with MATLAB. By charts and error analysis, these two formulas and the approximate formulas proposed by other authors are compared with the exact results obtained by MATLAB programs. The latter formulas are also modified by optimization method. It demonstrates that using scientific computation software to solve nonlinear problems is an easy and accurate way.

Using the Hellman - Feynman (HF) and Hypervirial (HV) theorems, the perturbative coefficients of the eigenenergies are calculated in the case of Coulomb potential with a radial linear term and a constant term. The calculation method, excel to the usual Rayleigh- Schroedinger perturbation theory (RSPT), does not require the calculation of eigenfunctions coefficients. This method is a fast and efficient tool for the calculation of large order eigenenergies coefficients.

In the experiment for measuring ultrasonic velocity, the accuracy in measureing wavelength by extreme value method or phase method are discussed, through experiment and theory' analysis, it is proved that accuracy of phase method is better than that of extreme value method in measure wavelength at one time, it is better to measure an extreme value rate point than a extreme value point.

A kind of near-field optical experimental device based on Michelson interferometer is introduced. The device can be used for measurement of evanescent field exist in the near-field of prism surface when total internal reflection occur, also it can be used to observe the near-field optical structure of two dimensional grating and experiments of photon scanning tunneling microscope in principle. It is helpful for students to understand the structure of evanescent field and basic principle of scanning near-field optical microscope. The device is simple and easy to operate;also it has the advantage of high reliability, so it is suitable to be applied in physics experiment.

With the high accuracy of computer-based collecting device, the damping coefficient is measured and the theory that the damping coefficient fl remains constant in damped vibration is revised. A linear relation of β and the velocity amplitude A is presented based on the data obtained. A further experiment is performed in which the linear relation of β and A is confirmed by the measuring of instigative force and velocity amplitude under the state of resonance. Considering the relation of β and A, the differences of the results obtained by the two traditional ways are explained.

When an uncharged conductor is moved to the electric field produced by a point charge, there will be induced charge distribuion on the surface of the conductor. It is proved that for conductor with arbitrary shape, the interaction energy between the point charge and the conductor is half of the coulomb interaction energy between the point charge and image charges. Furthermore a very simple understanding to this result is provided.
