Abstract: The present ring method of liquid surface tension,measuring the level of conditioning,shortcoming of the rings lifting devices are improved.The measure of the surface tension coefficient is added in the original instrument for liquid heating the liquid at different temperatures.The new experimental apparatus is more scientific and reasonable,easy to operate. Thus the experimental error is small,reproducible,and has promotional value.
