Abstract: The existence of ladder operators has something to do with commutation relation. We have deduced the basic formula of ladder.operators and successfully analyzed the ladder operators of L2 in field of central force as well as the ladder operators of energy in one dimensional harmonic oscillator. Some corrections have been done on understanding of the ladder operators.
