Abstract: This paper demonstrates the ＂principle of minimum energy＂ of a charged system and its corollary, which is applied to analysis and valuation of the conductor capacitance. Through the functional extreme value idea and charge distribution of the trial function, some properties of the capacitance and the valuation methods are given.
