Abstract: Professor QIN Ke-cheng has a strong love of physics. He has translated many professional physics books and many popular science books. Professor QIN Ke-cheng is a philatelist,is famous for collecting the stamps related the history of physics. He got in the department of physics of Peking University,but he had not the chance to learn professional physics for his bad fate. He gave up his career as a student,and worked as an experimenter,at last became a professor in the department of physics of Peking University. Though he is not a famous physicist,but he love physics all his life. He put stamps and physics together to finished the book Physics and physicists on Stampts,The revised edition of the book published in 2014,with 4000 stamps. The book take the stamps as clue,narrate the history of physics from ancient Greek to present by refined and exact words. Physics and physicists on Stampts is a quality book of the history of physics,and also it is the best of the best stamp collecting book. The book is worth to buy,to read,and to collect.
