Abstract: James Franck was an outstanding experimental physicist in 20th century，Max Born was a first-class theoretical physicist in 20th century. They were lifelong good friends. In 1920s，they built the Gttingen physical school，and made it being the center of physics in the world. Reliving their friendship，reliving their excellent partnership，there would be a kind and good impression and feeling rising from inner.Whether to be good people or to do things well，Max Born and James Franck were the noble examples for us forever.
