Abstract: This article describes how Salam from an early just wanted to be a Pakistani clerk，gradually became a scientist called make a great contribution to the society. He was concerned with developing countries should attach importance to talent，He called on developing countries to cultivate scientists，and gave them more opportunities to learn and communicate in the academic. Meanwhile，Salam was also the third world science promoter.
