    The massive open online courses,such as MOOC,has developed rapidly and brought great impact on the traditional higher education in recent years. In this paper,the construction and design of the University Physics MOOC of Shandong University are introduced and summarized helpful experiences,and then the application of the MOOC+SPOC and the flipped classroom are investigated comparatively,the development tendency of the course construction of the University Physics under the “Internet +”circumstances is further studied.

    Using the formula of electric potential distribution for uniformly charged wire and considering the triangle charged coil to be three charged wires,the electric potential space distribution of the triangle charged coil is derived. Then,using the relationship between the electric field intensity and electric potential gradient,we get the electric field space distribution for triangle uniformly charged coil. At last,some special cases of the electric potential distribution and electric field space distribution for the uniformly triangle charged coil are discussed.

    The equivalent transformation method for star circuit and polygon circuit and the equivalent condition construction method are applied to the 2×4 order cobweb circuit with different resistance,in which the circuit is termed into a simplest equivalent one. The equivalent resistances at A1 —A4 are calculated,and the Multisim 12 multi- meter is used to get a simulative test of the former circuit and equivalent resistances between A1 —A4 terminals. The results show that the theoretical calculation and the simulative test are consistent. The equivalence circuit problem of the 3×4 order cobweb resistance network is analyzed. The 4end cobweb resistance network with different resistance can be simplified as a 4end star circuit with 1 or 2 resistances between terminals,which is convenient for calculation. A new method is given for circuit equivalence. According to the method,the equivalent transformation method between star circuit and polygon circuit and equivalent condition construction method can be used to solve the problem of the equivalent simplification between general star circuit and polygon circuit.

    Based on the analysis of the data obtained in a specific laboratory environment,we extract the correction factors for Stocks formula by using the falling - ball method. Compared to the standard values,our experimental study shows that the present results have a smaller error and dispersion than those obtained in Refs.[15]. We also check the results with other fluid and find the consistent result.

    A Doppler effect based on experimental apparatus for water wave characteristics is introduced.Under the irradiation of a stroboscopic light source,the Doppler effect of this kind could be observed via a hair glass screen by using this apparatus. By a designed photoelectric detection device,the frequency of wave and its change could be measured thus to realize the digital measurement of wave’s Doppler shift. When the wave source’s position is fixed,and it’s vibrating at a given frequency,according to Doppler low,by measuring the Doppler frequency at real-time,the detector’s speed could be measured thus the wave speed could be calculated. This apparatus provides a direct way of demonstrating Doppler shift thus good for the study of Doppler effect’s wave characteristics.

    Even minor defects in semiconductor material will effectively affect its photoelectric properties,and different types of defects have different effects. In this paper,we use different methods of mathematical physics to solve continuity equation of semiconductor physics,and demonstrate the results with GUI tool by the Matlab software. The influences of defects on the spatial distribution of carrier under different illuminations,for example, local illumination and uniform global illumination,are shown in this GUI. After setting the related parameters and the subsequent demonstration,this GUI is helpful to guide the undergraduate students to understand the application of mathematical physics method,and allow them to gain a more intuitive learning experience in studying the semiconductor physics.

    The effect of rotation the structure and evolution can be divided into two sections,namely,the dynamical effect and rotational mixing.We have investigated the effect of rotation on the thermal structure of 20 M⊙,adopting the MESA code.The dynamical effect decreases the central temperature,surface opacity,mean molecular weight,and surface entropy.The dynamical effect of rotation can adjust the thermal structure and make the nuclear generation rate lower and cause the star to shift towards lower temperature and luminosity.The rotational mixing can reduce the central temperature,pressure,density,average molecular weight,surface opacity,and central compactness.The chemical elements,such as He,N can be enhanced due to rotational mixing.The region of the nuclear generation can be enlarged and the life span of the star can be extended.

    By choosing four physics courses such as mechanics,electromagnetism,optics and quantum physics from Chinese and American major MOOC platforms,we make a comparison between Chinese and American physics MOOC courses as to teaching contents,teaching resources,teaching methods,interactive communication,credit management,video features and team support,then the difference has been found. China should maintain present advantages under the national policy of encouragement and support,innovate in teaching method,improve teaching level of Chinese physics MOOC courses,and create new teaching mode with Chinese characteristics.

    The mankind has the ability of rational thinking,but always can not treat and deal some important things rationally,often makes unforgivable mistakes. Science is not an ivory tower separated from the world,it cannot avoid the pressure and persecute due to the mistakes from political force and the reasonless public.
