Abstract: According to the two survey data of 2016 and 2004 and based on the status of the physical theory teaching，we perform comparative analysis of ordinary colleges and universities of clinical medicine，anesthesiology，medical imaging，oral medicine，preventive medicine，points out the main problems and countermeasures.
