By comparing the differences between the Roothaan-Hartree-Fock function, configuration interac-tion wave function and Hylleraas-type wave function of Helium ground state, we present intuitive figures to show the reason why Hylleraas-type wave function is more accurate than the others is that it reflects the Coulomb correlation between electrons correctly. A careful analysis of Hylleraas function indicates that Coulomb correlation tends to make the two electrons on the opposite side of nucleus; a simple model of Helium is proposed accordingly which can produce the ground state energy agreement with the experiment.

In the experiment measuring materials of Young's modulus using stretched method, its diametergradually decreases along with the length of it gradually stretches, so one needs to consider this problem. Taking the measurement of Young's modulus of the silica gel as an example, we convert the change of its diameter to its elongation. The experimental results of introducing Poisson's ratio show that the uncertainty decreases and the accuracy is improved.

The level of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation is measured by magnetic flux density of near-field thermal radiation of mobile phone. With experimental measurements and numerical analysis of magnetic flux densityin the different mobile phone use state, we summarize the general rules of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation. It is found that mobile phone electromagnetic radiation when phone is switched is few times to normal call, brand mobile phone radiation is relatively weak, and the mobile phone on moving has more electromagnetic radiation than phone at a standstill. Put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the influence of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation on the human.
Fully phase image encryption based on two-step-only quadrature phase-shifting interferometry and fractional Fourier transform

    Abstract ( 889 )   PDF (692KB) ( 576 )

A novel fully phase image encryption technique based on two-step-only quadrature phase-shiftingdigital holography and double random phase encoding in fractional Fourier transform (FRT) domain is proposed, in which only two quadrature phase holograms are required and neither reference-wave intensity nor object-wave intensity measurement is needed. A primary amplitude image is modulated to a fully phase image, and then the fully phase image is encoded into two quadrature digital holograms by using double random-phase masks (RPMS) encoding in the input and fractional Fourier domain transform planes, respectively. The clear primary image can be recovered by simple algorithm with the right keys. The feasibility and validity of this technique has been proved by simulation experiments. And the robustness against occlusion and noise attacks, as well as the effect of the reference wave intensity to image encryption and decryption, has also been investigated.

A liquid-core cylindrical lens is designed and fabricated, which is used to measure accurately therefractive index of liquid filled into the core region of the cylindrical lens. The focal length of such a cylindrical lens is varied with the refractive index of core liquid, which can be known by measuring experimentally the related focal length. Due to a high sensitivity in measuring refractive index and a short depth of field, a high accuracy in measurement of refractive index is ensured. The accuracy of refractive index for one single measurement is better than 0. 0002 in the range of 1.3 - 1. 642, when a×20 objective is used in a reading microscope. By either enhancing sensitivity of refractive index of the cylindrical lens or enlarging effective numerical aperture of the measurement system, we find that the accuracy of refractive index can be further improved.
