摘要: 2006年,朱如曾在本刊上发表文章认为 “从能斯特定理导不出绝对零度下热容量的零极限”;2024年,本刊上发表文章(2024, 43(6):3)反对这一结论,认为“能斯特定理和绝对零度时的热容量表述是等价的”.本文论证为什么朱如曾的文章是正确的,讨论了为什么热容量随温度趋于零时为零不能作为热力学第三定律的一个表述.

Abstract: In 2006, Zhu Ru-zeng published an article in this journal arguing that the zero limit of heat capacity at absolute zero cannot be derived from Nernst’s theorem; in 2024, an article published in this journal (2024, 43(6):3) opposed this conclusion, claiming that the Nernst’s theorem and the statement of vanishing of heat capacity at absolute zero are equivalent. This article demonstrates why Zhu Ru-zeng’s article is correct, and further discusses why the fact that heat capacity is zero as the temperature approaches zero cannot be used as a statement of the third law of thermodynamics.
