有效数字、误差分析与实验条件的选择

Significant digits error analysis and the choice of experimental conditions

摘要: 对油滴实验和灵敏电流计实验进行了有效数字和误差分析,对前者的分析表明,不通过误差分析来选择实验条件,可能不能证明电荷的量子性;对后者的分析表明,如果不注意有效数字的匹配或者选择的数据处理方法不当,都会引起较大的误差甚至是错误分析的结论被实验数据证实.

Abstract: significant digits and error are analyzed with oil-drop and galvanometer experiments, it indicates that the quantization of charge may not be justified if we did not choose the experimental condition by significant digits and error analysis, and large errors and even mistakes may be caused if the matching of significant digits between different quantities was ignored or bad data processing method is chosen. The conclusions are proved by experimental data.
