论一维方势垒穿透

摘要: 量子隧穿是量子力学中一种重要的量子现象,本文对一维方势垒穿透问题作了全面的讨论,并统一了现行量子力学教材中3种不同情况(即:粒子能量E〉势垒高度Vo、E〈Vo和E=Vo)的解.引入“约化势垒”,讨论了一些极端条件下一维方势垒穿透的物理现象.

Abstract: Quantum tunneling is a very important quantum phenomenon in quantum mechanics. The question of one-dimensional barrier penetration is studied in this paper. Three different forms ofthe results, namely,differences of the energy of the particle, E〉Vo, E〈Vo and E= V0, can be unified by employing "effective barrier". Some physical phenomena about one-dimensional barrier penetration are discussed in the extreme conditions.
