摘要: 利用半导体激光增益光谱直观地诠释激光产生的物理机理.设计了一种适合于物理实验教学的测量方法,推导出双侧放大的自发辐射(ASE)光谱与净增益关系的数学表达式,选择简单便于调节和测量的半导体增益介质和实验光路,通过测量激光介质的增益光谱诠释系统增益大于损耗实现光放大的宏观现象,通过不同激励电流下增益的演化趋势诠释粒子数反转数目变化的微观规律.

Abstract: In this paper,physical principle of laser is interpreted by measuring semiconductor gain spectrum.A measurement applied to physical experiment is designed ,the relationship between two-sides amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) and net gain is educed, semiconductor is chosen as gain medium, and experiment setup that is easy to adjust and measure is used.The light ampliation caused by gain larger than loss in the system is shown by gain spectrum, while, the change of population inversion is expressed by gain in different pump current density.
