摘要: 本文基于北京大学物理学院的教育教学传统,特别是近二、三十年教学体系改革与建设成果,以及与当前一线教师

的座谈意见,经过综合、整理、提炼而成,其中也融合了作者本人对教育的思考.本文试图对北大物理学院既有的优秀教学传

统、先进的教育思想、灵活高效的教学管理制度、成熟可靠的教学方法与模式等,进行总结,希望能对北大物理人才的培养以

及物理学科的发展有所裨益,也可供广大物理教育工作者及学习者参考.

关键词: 物理教育, 教学改革, 小班教学, 课堂教学, 物理学习

Abstract: School of Physics of Peking University has the excellent tradition of physics education. In the last twenty or thirty years it experienced a great reform and reconstruction of the education system. Based on the opinions of the front-line teachers and together with the author’s own thinking on education,this paper is synthesized, sorted and refined. This paper attempts to make a summary of the existing excellent teaching tradition,advances educational ideas,flexible and efficient teaching management system,mature and reliable teaching methods and modes,etc. The authors wish that this comprehensive report could benefit the training of physics talents and the development of physics science.
