Abstract: We show that how to foster student scientific literacy through college physics courses. Some concrete cases are emphasized in the paper. In our physics courses,we pay attention to the cultivation of critical thinking ability. Therefore they can explore scientific questions actively and work out the problems. Here we expound the effective methods to cultivate undergraduates＇ spirit of seeking truth and innovation.
