By constructing the supersymmetric system which Hamiltonian commutates with that of harmonic os-cillator, the properties of harmonic oscillator can be obtained through the investigation of supersymmetric system. Based on the property of supersymmetric system, the recursion relation between the expanding parameter in the ei-genfunction of harmonic oscillator is obtained without using the theory of Hermite polynomials, then the eigenfunc-tion can be directly found from the recursion relation. The normalized eigenfunction obtained is actually the same as that represented through Hermite polynomials, and the parity of the eigenfunction can be evidently exhibited.

Starting from a set of completed eigenfunctions, we build a phenomenological formula under the rep-resentation principle, and then the completeness of eigenfunction of the Hermitian operators is proved by reduction to absurdity. This set of completed eigenfunctions of mechanical quantities can be projected onto the eigenfunctions of operator space, which gives the general proof of completeness of eigenfunctions of operators.

In analogy with the amplitude modulation-demodulation of the signal, we demonstrate the laser ho-lography from the modulation and demodulation of the information angle. We use this analogy to describe the infor-mation of the optical path difference modulated by the two-beam interference and the slit width information demodu-lated by the optical diffraction pattern.

Twin effect is resolved by using two-dimensional plot in the Minkowski' s four-dimensional space time, it also comes to a quantitative analysis of the earthmen' s age jump caused by the isochrone' s jump which is the consequence of spacecraft' turning in particular. Then there comes to an absolute conclusion of those who came through the accelerated movement of the spacecraft are younger than their twins who lives on the earth which is thought as an inertial system. In the end, the discussion of the results supported by the numerical calculation gives the specific observations on the spacecraft in the round trip and the whole system in two different references.

In the Franck-Hertz experiment, the intensity of iYp-V varies with the temperature of the oven and the voltage of the filament. We find that the intensity of Ip-V signal decreases with the temperature when the tem-perature is below 160 ℃, and increases with the temperature when the temperature is higher than 170 ℃. We then introduce the model of thermal excitation and ionization, which explains such phenomenon when the law of thermal-dynamic equilibrium and the Le Chateler's law are applied. After that, we have designed some additional experi- ments, whose results support our postulation.

To achieve measurements of the atmospheric particle concentration, we design an impact-type clas-sified device based on the traditional impact of sampling theory and calibrated exactly. The extinct principle is used to particle samples which had been classified, and enhances the sensitivity of the measurement device by using re-flectors to increase the optical path. Finally, we realize the exact measurement of the grain concentrations of three particle ranges: 0~5μm,5~20μm and 15~40μm in the atmosphere.

An experimental platform about thermal radiation is designed in this paper. Three basic principles of thermal radiation, including inverse square law of radiation, Stefan-Boltzmann radiation law and Lambert cosine law, are studied quantitatively. The results obtained agree with the theory well. The Kirchhoffs law is also studied qualitatively and it demonstrates the positive relativity between radiating capacity and absorbing capacity.
