By means of classification and induction, some new variant structures of Newton—type interference apparatus for two crossed convex(or concave)column lens are found and studied, which can generate equal—thickness elliptical(or hyperbola)fringes. The interference conditions and distribution laws of the fringes are derived, analyzed, and formulized in a unified form.Compared with the original interferometer for Newton’s rings, our new designed interferometers are of not only similarity but also novelty. Thus, the academic research scope for the interferometry of Newton’s rings has been extended, and their possible technique applications are concisely indicated.

For a RL—C parallel resonant circuit, the relation between the maximum impedance value |Z|max and the impedance of resonant Z0 is presented strictly. The discrimination method of Z0 to be an extreme value is proposed and proved. The relative error of Z0 to |Z|max is analyzed, the relative error decreases as the circuit quality factor increases. If the Q is large enough, the difference of Z0 and |Z|max should be negligible,in this case the cireuit resonant impedance Z0=L/RC arrives at the maximum value.

An experimental device for target location is designed by using the Doppler effect of sound wave. The device is that the sound source is fixed, and the receiver does circular motion around the fixed axis.During the process of receiver motion, the received frequency is changed periodically. The position of the target point can be determined by the maximum frequency and the minimum frequency. The device is not only simple in structure, low in cost, but also has high positioning accuracy.

We proposed a new method for measuring the solid linear expansion coefficient by alternating—current bridge(AC bridge),which can be used to measure small capacitance.Converting solid tiny length change into AC bridge capacitance change.W e realized the accnrate measurement of solid linear expansion coefficient.W e made a rectangle plane—parallel capacitor as the capacitance of AC bridge whose bottom plate was supporting by testing metal bar. When the metal bar was heated,it expanded. So the gap of capacitor was minimized, and the capaeitance was changed. For reducing the temperature gradient of heating system,we added some experiment instruments of viscosity and temperature sensor into traditional steam jet heat meter. The experimental results showed that the method was simple, had high measuring accuracy and small error.

Fraunhofer diffraction transforms in a simple way under a linear deformation of the shape of thetwo-dimensional aperture.Based on simple linear transformation,we derive general analytic expressions for the diffraction amplitude in the case of triangular and rhomboidal apertures of arbitrary shape at any given position in a coordinate system.Without performing integration,we solve the Fraunhofer diffraction by any polygon aperture of any shape, through purely algebraic operations. As an example,we apply the present method to find the diffraction intensity distribution for a regular hexagon aperture, and simulate it on a computer based on our analytical results.

The relation between Born and Heisenberg was very important to Heisenberg, it also gave huge influence to Born.Without Born’S help,Heisenberg had little chance to be the major founder of quantum mechanics. The important contribute of Max Born was fade and buried due to the improper words of Heisenberg (also because of wrong words of Born himself to especially exaggerate Heisenberg’s prominent role) for so many years. The fact that could not get the Nobel Prize gave worst influence to Max Born's half later lifetime. The lessons on Born's way to handing the relationship with his doctoral and postdoctoral students are worth paying attention to research by all the leaders of academic school.
